The provision of data for the above-mentioned purposes (marked with an asterisk) is necessary and a refusal to do so would prevent you from registering for our newsletter.
The personal data are accessible to our employess and partners authorised to process the personal data. These personal data could be processed by a third part Controller such as providers we contatc for technical or organisational services, usefull to complete the above-mentioned purposes (for example comminication agencies, CRM service and software providers, newsletter service provider).
We do not transfer your data outside the European Union and we do not disclose them.
The data, collected to send the newsletters, are processed for the time strictly necessary to carry out our activities and they will be cancelled if you decide to unsubscribe (you can find the unsubscribe button in every newsletter you receive). At any time you can exercise your rights provided by the law about Data Protection and obtain information about their existence, to verify content, origin, accuracy, to have incomplete personal data completed, updating, rectification, the right to be forgotten, anonymity, data portability, restriction of processing. As per art. n 77 of the Eu Regulation 2016/679, every data subject shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her infringes the Regulation previsions. They also have the right to an effective judicial remedy against a controller or processor as per article n.79 of the Eu Regulation 2016/679.
